hm..so..i dunno if you're gonna see this but if you do, this is my notification that i would like your new address.
and about the abs. i either run like a mile, or power walk for like half an hour to an hour every morning depending on how lazy i am. and do like 90 sit ups. er well remember this one time during badminton where weber had us do these sit ups where our knees were bent and leaning/pointing towards the left and then leaning/pointing to the right to work out our obliques? well uhm if you do then i do 30 on each side plus 30 uh regular sit ups
